Welcome to the historic Bethel Missionary Church. Our 150th year is not only a major milestone for our local congregation, but really is a birthday celebration for the Missionary Church. On Friday evening, May 30th, Saturday evening May 31st, and Sunday morning, June 1st we will be hosting celebration services to commemorate our story past and our vision into the future. We want you to be a part of it all!
On Friday and Saturday evening beginning at 7 PM, we will gather right here at Bethel Church and will lift up Jesus Christ through a time of joy-filled and energized worship through the majestic hymns and choruses of days past, and through the decades into the Church’s music of today. We will recall the special story of Bethel’s genesis and that of what would become the Missionary Church. Opportunity will be given to thank and recognize pastors and leaders who have faithfully served the Lord at Bethel and we will celebrate the many missionaries and pastors who were called into the ministry from this place. Missionary Church president Rodney Arnold will be sharing a message with us and we will close out both evenings with a dessert reception free of charge. We would be honored by your presence, but because space may be limited (we are still a quaint country church) we would ask that you click on the link above to RSVP so that we can be sure there is a place for you. Childcare will be provided both Friday and Saturday evenings for children up to 5 years old.
Sunday morning starting at 10:30 AM, we invite you back to Bethel Church for a time of worship, celebration, and the preaching of the Word. Pastor Joel Gentz will bring a challenge from the Scriptures for this historical congregation so that, Lord willing, faithful ministry will continue for how ever many years ahead until Jesus comes again for us. The Sunday morning service will include a lunch to follow provided to you again, free of charge! Please check out the link above to RSVP and we look forward to seeing you soon!
